Our items are sent as First Class, First Class "Signed For" and DHL. Please note that "Signed For" is no longer a tracked service. Royal Mail will only scan the package barcode when delivery has taken place. For this reason, we no longer scan our barcodes and forward these to you in an email as it can't be tracked. Signed For barcodes are retained for each customer in our post room should our customers have any delivery issues.
The postage rates are set as follows
Orders between £0.00 and £4.99 - £2.00 First Class Postage
Orders between £5.00 to £24.99 - £2.50 First Class Postage
Orders over £25.00 - £3.70 First Class Signed For
DHL Tracked Service - £8.00 (Next working day delivery (Excludes Weekends)
Please note that our recomended delivery courier is DHL for an efficient next day service. Please order by 2pm for this service or your collection MAY be delayed by a further 24 hours as DHL only pick up once per day.
Postage for additional orders from the same purchaser will be combined, postage calculated as one order and shipped as one (Where we identify an additional order has been placed). A refund of part postage will then be made. When we do not identify this due to the volume of orders we receive, they will be sent as seperate items and no postage refund given.
European & Norway Postage
In line with Royal Mail changes as of 30/03/2015, EU Postage is as follows:-
Orders between £0.00 and £24.99 - £3.60
This is sent Standard Airmail. Royal mail aim to deliver between 2-7 days. This can sometimes take longer.
Orders over £25.00
EU Signed For - £9.00
(Only Available to Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Norway & Spain) Please note that this is not a fully tracked service. The tracking number is only scanned when parcel has been delivered. For a tracked service to these Countries, please use DHL for next working day delivery)

This service is available to all EU Countries not listed above. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 Working days.
DHL EU - Fully tracked Service
(Standard rate £20.00). If you want next working day delivery, then please use this service (next day excludes Weekends). Please order by 2pm for next day service. DHL is our recommended postal service for all our items.

If the delivery address is outside the UK, the addressee will be the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which the products are being delivered. The products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the country of delivery. Any such additional charges incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you. We are not responsible for any customs charges or for packages delayed or confiscated by customs authorities.
Our mail is collected from our business premises every afternoon weekdays by Royal Mail. If your order is received by 2pm, we will always try to process and dispatch your order on that day and in 99% of cases we achieve this target. Orders are processed during working hours and are not processed or dispatched during weekends and Bank Holidays but are processed on the next working day.

Items Lost in Post
It is very unusual for our items to be lost in the post although it does happen occasionaly. if you have paid for a signed for service, we will refund your item after 10 WORKING DAYS. If you have not paid for a signed for service, In line with Royal Mail Policy, a loss of delivery does not occur until 15 WORKING DAYS after postage. This time band is also used by Paypal. We cannot therefore phyically chase up Royal Mail until after this period and investigate any claims for postage until after this period has passed. While most of our deliveries arrive the following day after postage, some can take several days. In approx every 9 out of 10 cases where one of our packages has not been delivered, we find it to be held in your local sorting office.
Please contact us after 15 WORKING DAYS with your order details and full details of the Royal Mail Sorting Office for your area so we can investigate any loss and ensure the Post Office Investigation Team is fully aware of the losses to your address. Working with Paypal to identify multiple "Lost in Post" claimants, we will then ask you to make a paypal dispute at this stage before we contact your sorting office and decide if to refund or resend your items.
