The Consumer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 14 days of delivery confirming if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Consumer fails to do so the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Goods are believed faulty by the consumer, they should be returned to Leisure Liquids Ltd and on receipt, a replacement will be sent. The Consumer is responsible for obtaining proof of postage and all payment of postage for the faulty item(s). A full refund of postage (if Royal Mail used) will be refunded to the Consumer on receipt of the goods.

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Once shipped, all unused and unopened items can be returned to Leisure Liquids Ltd within 7 days of delivery and the consumer will be entitled to a full refund. The consumer will be liable and responsible for obtaining proof of postage and for all postage costs.
All kits come with a 13 day parts warranty from date of dispatch. Purchasers should be aware that electronic cigarette atomizers and batteries, may fail or degrade over a period of time. (An electronic cigarette atomizer's lifespan is around 14-60 days and an electronic cigarette battery's expected lifespan is 2-3 months). This is not a guarantee that the Consumer will "like" the Electronic Cigarette, simply that it will function as described within the specified timeframe.
Batteries and Atomizers purchased as "singles" i.e. not as part of a kit are also covered by a 10 day warranty period from date of dispatch. Any replacement parts are warranted from the date of dispatch of the original order.Any parts found to be defective must be returned to the below address before replacement parts will be dispatched.
